Atlanta University Travel Survey app for iPhone and iPad

The Atlanta University Travel Survey app is for students, faculty and staff at any university in the Atlanta Metro area who wish to participate in travel survey(s) conducted by the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC).

ARC will be conducting a series of travel surveys to ascertain how the university populations in the Atlanta Metro area impact transportation planning in the region.

The results of these surveys will become an additional input into the regional transportation model that ARC uses to make transportation planning decisions.

This app will allow survey participants to log trips and visits during the survey period using their iPhones GPS. This GPS data collected will be used to help ARC make better transportation decisions for the citizens of Atlanta.

Any information obtained during this survey will be kept confidential as required by law. We do not sell any personal contact information. Your name and other identifying information will not be shared with anyone outside of the research team.

Information that you provide will be combined with information from other participants. Summarized results will be shared with the transportation planning stakeholders and the general public. The information will be used for planning and research purposes only.

We want you to feel secure in providing responses to our questions. Your decision to participate is voluntary and greatly appreciated. While some questions are required to be eligible to participate, you may decline to answer any question.
